When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Where available, you will receive a tracking number for your item once it has been shipped.
Note to customers outside the US: Your order may be subject to import and duty fees depending on your country, for which you will be responsible. Please check with your customs authority before ordering.
Returns Policy
Our goal is that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please Contact Us, and we will do our best to make it right for you, including No Hassle Returns.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipment.
We will issue your refund within 3 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 weeks for the return amount it to appear on your statement. Please ensure to use a trackable shipping method for returning items. We are not responsible for returns lost during shipment.
